Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Back-office Analyst II to support our growing operations. This role is integral to our team, providing critical support across a variety of functions to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely transactions and financial health.
  • Office Management: Oversee office facilities tasks, ensuring a productive and well-maintained work environment.
  • Customer Support: Handle phone calls, redirecting as necessary, and provide support to clients and partners.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, organize company events, and manage company expenses with a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, serving as a liaison between different departments and external partners.
  • Data Management: Familiarity with business financial routines and bookkeeping processes/strategies, including meeting with accounting firms to analyze and execute tax plans.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Familiar with office package, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Very familiar with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
  • Experience with or understanding of Smart Home automation companies such as SmartRent or iApartments.
  • Proven ability in office facilities tasks and organizational responsibilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in organizing company events.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in business financial routines and bookkeeping processes.
  • Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in a tech-driven environment, preferably within the Smart Property Management or IoT sectors.
