Role Overview

The Marketing Analyst III is a dynamic and pivotal role within our marketing team, dedicated to driving our brand’s presence in the smart property management industry. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies specifically tailored for the Real Estate B2B market, with a focus on smart home automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of EasyHub’s smart Home automation solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends in the real estate industry, focusing on smart home automation, to inform marketing strategies.
  • Leverage Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create engaging marketing materials that align with our brand identity.
  • Utilize office package tools, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing analytics.
  • Lead inbound and outbound marketing initiatives to generate leads and support the Account Executive in the lead qualification process.
  • Participate in product development meetings to ensure marketing strategies align with product offerings and customer needs.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, enhancing EasyHub’s online presence and engagement with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create sales materials and tools that support the selling process.
  • Utilize Apollo for lead generation and management, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, specifically within the Real Estate B2B market and smart home automation solutions (e.g., SmartRent, iApartments).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Exceptional creativity and a product-oriented mindset.
  • In-depth understanding of smart home principles, including connectivity protocols like Zigbee, Bluetooth, and smart devices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in lead generation through Apollo.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and manage inbound and outbound marketing responsibilities.
