Position Summary:
The Sr. Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving EasyHub’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the smart property management sector. This position is ideal for ambitious individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering exceptional sales results. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, demonstrating how EasyHub’s solutions can transform their properties into smart, efficient, and secure spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with property managers, real estate developers, and student housing operators.
Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, including presentations, negotiations, and contract signings.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape in the smart property management industry.
Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Collaborate with the product and technical teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development and innovation.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and market insights to the Sales Director and executive team.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, property management, or technology sectors.
Strong proficiency with office packages (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, contract management, Salesforce, and the complete sales process from pre to post-sales closure.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of EasyHub’s solutions.
Highly ambitious, with a strong drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
