Position Overview:
EasyHub, a trailblazer in Smart Property Management solutions, is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our innovative IoT platform and smart devices ecosystem, ensuring top-notch service for both internal and external stakeholders in residential and student housing environments. Our Technical Support Specialist will be the cornerstone for resolving technical challenges, offering expertise in a broad spectrum of technologies including SAAS, smart home automation, and connectivity protocols such as Zigbee and Bluetooth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues related to our web portal, residential app for iOS and Android, and smart home automation devices.
Assist clients in understanding and leveraging our SAAS platform for their property management needs, including guidance on application log analysis for issue resolution.
Act as the primary liaison between on-site implementation teams and our product support, ensuring seamless installation, configuration, and operation of our smart property management solutions.
Lead debugging efforts and technical assistance for both hardware and software components, including firmware updates and API integration troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain knowledge bases and documentation to support clients and implementation teams, enhancing our community’s self-help resources.
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic communication and efficient problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Deep familiarity with office package tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Extensive experience in providing technical support for SAAS platforms, including remote support processes and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in application log reading and interpretation for efficient problem identification and resolution.
Expertise in smart home automation solutions, with a strong understanding of firmware, API integration, and smart devices connectivity protocols (e.g., Zigbee, Bluetooth).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language.
Additional Requirements:
Proven track record of assisting implementation teams, offering technical guidance during onsite installations.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
