Role Overview
Daily Coordination & Scheduling
Organize daily device installation schedules and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Communicate with internal teams and customers to align on schedules and updates.
Customer Support
Be the first point of contact for property managers to report guest issues.
Use the EasyHub Platform to assist clients with resolving issues related to access control, thermostats, energy monitoring, sensors, and more by analyzing logs and resetting devices.
Provide video call support to help guests with device instructions.
Dispatch on-call technicians to units when required.
Content & Communication
Create and update Help Center articles, user manuals, and product documentation.
Write and schedule emails to inform customers about product updates, new features, and important announcements.
Qualifications
Skills & Tools
Organizational Skills: You’re detail-oriented and can manage schedules and priorities efficiently.
Willingness to Learn: No technical expertise is required—we’ll teach you everything!
Language Skills: Proficient in Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Meet, Drive), and similar platforms.
Ideal Traits
You’re proactive, self-motivated, and enjoy solving problems.
You work well with deadlines and have a structured approach to your tasks.
You’re a strong communicator who can explain things clearly to both technical and non-technical people.
