EasyHub was founded in 2021 in Central Florida, in the heart of one of America’s busiest vacation rental markets. We saw how much work happened behind every stay, and how little of it was connected.
Property managers were juggling five to ten apps, sharing generic door codes, driving between properties to adjust equipment, and spending hours on tasks that should have been automated. Even a portfolio of ten homes could become difficult to control. Every new property added another layer of complexity.
Consumer smart devices offered convenience at home, but professional hospitality demanded more: security, reliability, visibility, and the ability to manage an entire portfolio.
We brought together more than 25 years of experience across hospitality, technology, product development, engineering, and IoT to solve that problem. We developed our own brand of smart devices and the software that connects them, built specifically around the way property managers operate.
Access, climate, sensors, TV, pool equipment, and property monitoring could finally work together, connected to reservations and managed through one app.
