Where we are now
Platform for property manager
EasyHub was born in January 2023, during what was meant to be a relaxing family vacation in the Orlando–Kissimmee area. Instead, our founder and CEO found himself dealing with a frustrating property management experience. Despite having a dedicated property manager, there was no clear visibility into what was happening at the house, no way to confirm if cleanings were being done, maintenance completed, or even if anyone was accessing the property. The lack of transparency and accountability made it impossible to manage the property effectively from a distance.
Already deeply connected to the world of IoT and smart technologies, our founder had a moment of realization while walking through a Best Buy Store. What if the same consumer-grade smart home devices could be adapted and scaled to professional property management? What if technology could bridge the gap between owners, managers, and guests, bringing transparency, automation, and control to an outdated system?
That moment sparked the creation of EasyHub, one of the first truly smart property management platforms designed from the ground up for short-term and long-term rental operations.
